INSTRUCTIONS OF FINAL VERSION SUBMISSION
Thank you for your participation in IC-LSHE 2026. This document provides comprehensive instructions for the preparation and submission of your final paper version. All accepted papers must adhere to these guidelines to be included in the official conference proceedings and to secure presentation slots at the respective sessions.
The final version submission process is a critical step in ensuring that your research is properly documented and disseminated through the IC-LSHE 2026 conference proceedings. Authors are encouraged to carefully review all requirements and prepare their submissions well in advance of the deadlines specified for each session.
Final Paper Requirements
Your final paper submission must include the following elements in the order specified:
1. Title and Author Information
- Paper title in English (concise and informative, maximum 20 words)
- Full names of all authors with superscript numbers for affiliations
- Superscript asterisk (*) for the corresponding author
- Department, institution, city, and country for each author (in English)
- Email address for the corresponding author
2. Abstract
- Word count: 200-250 words in English
- Should outline: purpose of the article, method of research, data, and main results
- Times New Roman, 11pt, justified, single-spaced
3. Keywords
- Maximum 5 keywords in English
- Listed below the abstract
4. Main Body
The article must be divided into chapters following the IMRaD structure:
- Introduction (Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold)
- Methods (Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold)
- Results (Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold)
- Discussion (Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold)
- Conclusion (Times New Roman, 12pt, Bold)
5. References
- Numbered consecutively as they appear in the text
- Cited using numerals in square brackets (e.g., [1], [2, 3] or [4–7])
- Each reference must include DOI when available
- References not cited in the text will be excluded from the list
6. Funding Statement
- Declare all funding sources or state "This research received no external funding"
- Include APC funding information if applicable
7. Conflicts of Interest
- Declare any conflicts of interest or state "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
8. Acknowledgment (if applicable)
Figures, Tables, and Equations
Figures
- Numbered consecutively as they appear (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2)
- Include figure description below the image in Times New Roman, 10pt, italicized, centered
- Include source attribution in Times New Roman, 10pt, italicized
- All figures must have captions and sources properly labeled
Tables
- Numbered consecutively as they appear (e.g., Table 1, Table 2)
- Include table description above the table in Times New Roman, 10pt, italicized
- Include source attribution in Times New Roman, 10pt, italicized
- Use Times New Roman, 10pt for table content
Equations
- Centered on the page
- Numbered consecutively in round parentheses (e.g., (1), (2))
- Referenced in text as Eq. 1, Eq. 2, etc.
- Use equation conversion tools; do not use Print Screen or JPG format
